I just had a very meaningful interaction with the gentleman from Rattic. It’s very rare that you meet business owners like him, who are a bit different. Firstly the job: I’m VERY glad I didn’t use a bigger well known pest control company. It’s much better to use local guys. This company was amazing as the phone was answered really quickly and he came within an hour. But then he wasn’t rushed. He took a lot of time to observe the wasps to check their entry and exit routes. He did a really good job, but then he told me that if there were any problems, and wasps came back, I could call him and he’d come out free of charge. Zero likelihood, he said, but it was reassuring still. For the cost, which I won’t write here but it was a *third* of the quote I had from a large pest control firm (and I just know they would have done the exact same thing, but with a little less love and care), I think this is amazingly good value and I was so impressed by the confidence he had.

More importantly there was something extremely kind and thoughtful about the man who came around, he brought a sense of calm with him. I know it sounds silly but we recently lost a family member and my elderly mum was home, so this was quite important.

Mughis shows a lot of care when working and is very knowledgeable. He was very quick to attend (on the day) and returned at a good time too. Have had Rattic Pest Control address a budding rat/mice issue in my loft. Mr.Mogis has been very responsive to all my communication, arrived for survey + address issue. Then followed this up by another visit, a week later to review and replenish the medication.

Haven't been hearing any activities at night since then. I hope the issue has been resolved once and for all, as it has been 2 weeks now.

He has been very friendly, patient in explaining possibilities, potential sources and associated solutions. The solution he has applied seemed to work efficiently. We also discussed any potential future issues, which is great (though I hope it won't be necessary :-))

Had issue with rodents in between ceiling & extension roof. Initially contacted company listed by local authorities, after more than 2 months problems still persisted. Found Mugeese via Google with great reviews. Mugeese came out within 1hr and placed various baits etc Went the extra mile to try and locate source of issue and pointed out a couple of issues which should be rectified to potentially eliminate problem going forward. Took his advice/suggestion onboard and arranged for these issues to be addressed by builder, although early days thankfully no further issues. Call now, don't go anywhere else! It's 3am and a professional was with us in half an hour (journey from slough to High Wycombe). He caught the pest we saw (hence the call) and even identified the entry points and put in treatment and gave preventative advice. Extremely reasonably priced given the time and service provided. Utterly grateful and will hopefully not have to call again but will be our go-to. Thank you.
